Hello All,
I understand the different redundancy options available for hitting Security Servers. That being said, does anyone have any suggestions for providing redundancy from the Security Server to the Connection Server. Any solution I put in place to provide redundancy to the Security Servers will fail if that Security Server's paired Connection Server is down.
Thanks
Jason
Use a load balancer to create a load balanced connection server. The security servers will communicate with load balanced address.
Thanks for the reply Ryan. My understanding was that each security server could only be paired with a single connection server. Is this not the case?
Access Points do not use pairing so they don't have this problem.
For View Security Server, you can configure you load balancer to monitor both the Security Server and the paired Connection Server. If either is down, the monitors remove it from load balancing.
