I am trying to install a virtual client on my MS Surface (Windows 10 Pro) to remotely access SPSS software at a university library and get a message saying "Failure to install." The university IT could not help. Could it be that there is an interference with another remote access spftware (F5 access) I use on the same laptop? If not, any advice on how to install it? Thanks.
