Failed to redirect to desktop in vmware view html access

Step 1 is OK

En la url se cambia con la direccion FQDN srvconnection.r4.com

Have a look at your broker settings and specifically the "Blast Gateway URL"

Changing the Blast Gateway URL to the IP address will get you as far as you are now, but this isn't suitable for a user deployment because there is no way for the site to be trusted. You need a working DNS address configured for your server and you'll also need to put certificates on the server to match it.
