Failed Launching a GPU pool

I updated a GPU Gold Image the software on it, took a snapshot and published it now when people click on the pool it takes them to a CTR, ALT, DEL page they have to push the buttons before it will log them in, they don't have to do anything else. It's never asked that before does anyone know why? I would like to get rid of that extra step. And some people when they push the 3 button combo it just displays a black page for them.

Whenever I have come across this error, I have done a recompose of the problem VM and that typically fixes the issue. 

Can you attempt to do another recompose on the device?
