External UAG access

hi, 

i have setup a UAG to access my horizon externally it is fully working, but the only issue i'm having is when it loaded up the web interface it says "waiting" and just does this forever doesn't load the login screen.

Which URL are you using to access the UAG web interface? It should be https://<UAG_IP>:9443/admin/index.html.

Have you verified the interoperability of your UAG and your CS versions ?

yes my connection server is 2303 & UAG is 23.03 

i can access the login and desktops through the horizon client installed on a computer or mac externally with the external IP but it doesn't work through the web browser HTML with the external ip

I would then look at the logs (esmanager.log) to check if some error pops up.
