Error while connecting to virtual desktop using hp laptop

Hi All

I am getting below error while connecting to virtual desktop using HP Laptop . I am able to connect if I use a different laptop.

Have you checked KB89950?
It's a hot topic on Horizon Client (access violations) these days.

Thanks for the response.

I tried this but no luck.

One thing I observed is that I am getting this error when I try with non admin user. From same laptop if I use a local admin user then it is working fine.

Hi @sunilahuja07 
Can you help to upload Horizon Client log bundle for us? Then we can get more info for the issue. At least pcoip log is necessary.
In addition, please help upload the linux core dump for us.

You can also assign an  issue ticket to VMware if you think this issue is critical for you. Our support engineer are very experienced for this kind of issues. Then we can take quick action t to support you.
