Error when VMWare Player 3.1 Installation?

I downloaded the VMWare Player 3.1 and try to install() the same!file:///C:/DOCUME%7E1/kvellaic/LOCALS%7E1/Temp/moz-screenshot-5.png!, I am getting the following error,

I tried after disconnecting the network card also. But it fails again.

Getting the same error. Everything was fine until I tried to update the VMWare Player today.

How to install VMWAre Player 3.1 now?
