Error putting route. Reason: Connection refused: localhost/127.0.0.1:8123

Hi everyone! I have a problem with Horizon 7 when I trie to connect to the VDI with HTML connection, I have received this error:

It´s only with HTML connections. Can anybody help me?. Thank you! Regards!

The error was because the connection with the blast protocol was disabled from the UAG Server and the pool only allowed connections through the PCoIP protocol
