试验环境test environment：

      Horizon connection server  、composer和模板都配置了两张网卡，都加入了域环境；域环境的网段10.10.*.*，另外一个网段没域环境192.168.*.*,终端设置的IP为192.168.*.10,终端能ping通connection serve 和composer  以及模板，也能telnet 443，Client 连接时提示无法解析服务器地址；请求的名称有效，但是找不到请求的类型的数据。把终端的IP改成10.10.*.10就能连接上。

       Horizon connection server  、composer and Templates are configured with two network CARDS,added to the domain; Domain environment  IP address 10.10.*.*，Another network no domain ，IP address 192.168*.*，Client computer IP address 192.168.*.10，Client computer can ping connection server  、composer and Templates ,and telnet port 443, but Client error message : cannot resolve the server address; Requested name is valid, but could not find the requested types of data. change the Client computer IP address to 10.10.*.10 connected .

Make sure the external tunnel URL is correctly set on security server.

更改外部URL还是不行。

我在192.168.*.*这个网段增加了个DNS，正向解析区域的名字和10.10.*.*里的域名一样，就可以了；PCoIP外部URL 的地址是IP加端口号，改还IP也没用，我看外部URL和Blast外部URL的地址都是https://ConnectionServerName.domain:端口号，怀疑是解析上出了问题。不过我也不知道这是不是个好的解决方法。

I create DNS with 192.168.*.*，Add Forward lookup zone ,The same name with 10.10.*.*domain, that OK. PCoIP external tunnel URL is IP address and port, Change the IP useless. Https external tunnel URL and Blast external tunnel URL address is https://ConnectionServerName.domain:port​ , So I add a DNS with 192.168.*.* . But I also don't know if this is a good solution.

PCoIP external URL on security server must always be supplied along with port no. 4172. If you have verified the external URL and it is correctly set, you can uninstall the security server , remove the pairing with connection server and reinstall it which will reestablish the pairing with connection server. You can give it a try. If unsure, raise a support ticket with VMware.

After uninstallation make sure to follow VMware Knowledge Base .
