Error The desktop is open on the server but is running on different protocol

We have an enviroment with physical machines with agent installed, but some users are getting this message. When we restart the machine and do new association it works again

Is it happening when you do RDP first and then try blast?

Hi, it happens suddenly with some users. Our Pool is RDP and acess Windows Physical Desktops with agent installed. We use the default which is RDP.
