First verify that you do have free space then you can edit your Pool, go into vCenter Settings, browse the datastores, and change the storage overcommit option. Here is an older blog with some screenshots: http://blogs.vmware.com/euc/2013/11/vmware-horizon-view-5-3-storage-optimization-features-deep-dive....
User still complaining.Its same error.

After doing what? Need more details. Stating it's the same error and no mention of what you changed isn't going to help anyone troubleshoot your issue.
Hi,
I changed the pool setting from 35 to 50. ( Max desktop settings)
Steps followed ;-
To adjust the overcommit level or the number of virtual machines in the Linked-Clone Pool:

I'm not sure why you changed that value? That will only change the number of available desktops....that will not fix the storage overcommit error, please follow the link I posted above to change the storage overcommit option. You can set it to unbounded for testing purposes.
Thanks for clarifying that but i can only see 4 options :-
1) None
2)Conservative -- Current setup.
3)Aggrresive
4) Moderate.
Even the data store having around 500 GB free space left.
Please suggest me.
Thanks

You must be on a version prior to 5.3 then. Have you read the article? It clearly talks about all of these options.
You obviously need to try moderate or aggressive then since you're currently set at conservative.
Moderate overcommit–With Moderate overcommit, customers can place 7 times the number of full-clone virtual machines on the selected datastore. With the same example, this translates to 7x10, or 70 linked-clone virtual machines on the selected datastore.
Aggressive overcommit–With the Aggressive overcommit policy, the number of virtual machines that can be placed on the datastore is 15x10, or 150 linked-clone virtual machines.
