I'm an end user with a Samsung Note 8 running the Horizon app. After connecting to my company VPN, I'm unable to make a connection to the connection server. Using the FQDN, I receive a "Couldn't resolve host name" error. Using the IP, I get one step closer and I'm able to enter my credentials, but I then receive a "Unable to resolve server address: No address associated with host name." error.
I have no issues using an older Samsung Note 3 or a cheap Windows 10 laptop (using Windows apps) so I believe the phone might be the issue. Any ideas on what to check?
