Entitlement via group not reflecting in Workspace one

Hi

We have a application pool.

We use Workspace one to expose the SaaS / application pool.

When I try to entitle the application pool using individual AD usernames then the pools become visible in Workspace one in 30-40 minutes

The if I do using  AD Groups its not visible, Have anyone encountered this before.

Do the AD groups contain users or nested AD groups?

I haven't tested recently but nested AD groups don't work with Horizon. I would expect the same with Workspace one as nested AD groups are generally a bad idea.

Test a non nested one, but my horizon(7.) and workspace(don't remember the version) works fine correctly right now.
