End user control of refresh / snapshot revert

Is there any way to allow a end user the ability to revert a snap shot?

I have a group of testers that need the ability to log on to a VM, install software and reboot before beginning test, but when when done need to have the VM reverted to a clean state.

I can't find a way to allow this.

..

Setting the pool to non-persistent will cause the VM to refresh on restart / log off, but they need the ability reboot without causing the refresh.

Yes you can use a vCO workflow todo this and expose the vCO or vCAC portal to the end user.

That way you can have the end user do anything that the vCO Horizon Plugin allows.

It may be a bit overkill but if you already have vCO/vCAC in place it could be an interesting solution

That's a viable solution.  Right now we only have vCAC setup to handle server assignments and deployments for developers, but this may be worth using for the VDI as well.
