We are deploying some EVGA PD06 Zero Clients, and have noticed that the mouse will randomly stop working until you unplug and plug it back in. We've tried multiple USB ports as well and the problem randomly happens. I also upgraded the firmware to version 4.2.0 and the problem is still happening.
We have Zero Clients from other manufactures that are working without this issue.
Any ideas/suggestions? I have opened a ticket with Teradici, and waiting on a response from EVGA as well.
