Hello!
I'm testing new Horizon 7 with EUC Access Point (AP) (euc-access-point-2.5.0.0-3588605_OVF10).
I've deployed the AP in "1 NIC" configuration. Finally when I open https://AP-FQDN I got an error "no page displayed".
Has anyone already successfully deployed the AP?
At last, I coped with that!
The log told that my password for root violated the requirement...
It works for me with 2.5 and Horizon 7. The error you're seeing usually means an issue with the SSL Certificate Thumbprint. If you move your cursor between the equals sign and the first character, there might be a hidden character. Delete it.
Are you able to access https://IP:9443/rest/swagger.yaml? If not then there's something wrong with the parameters you specified during OVF deployment. I have some instructions at VMware Access Point – Carl Stalhood
thanks!
the first, that I noticed, is that you typed two different IP addresses for DNS servers: 192.168.123.11 and 10.2.2.11...I filled the DNS gaps with the only one my DNS server.
and I cant access https://IP:9443/rest/swagger.yaml
I've typed the FQDN of one of my two connection servers in the AP settings.
I havent found the hidden character, I copied the sha1 thumbprint from Firefox certificate look
Login to the console of the appliance. Go to /opt/vmware/gateway/logs. Open the file admin.log and look for errors. That usually means a typo in the OVF deployment wizard.

That has certainly caught a few people out. The vSphere deploy wizard doesn't validate for password complexity. The Powershell command does though - Using PowerShell to Deploy VMware Access Point
Glad you resolved it.
