Dual screen problem with View 5.2 and ThinClient

Hello,

When I try to use dual screen with Windows 7, PCoIP protocol and a ThinClient Fiju FUTRO S900 (3.8.0) it does not work.

The desktop is just mirrored between the two screen but it is impossible to extend the desktop. I cannot change the display settings in Windows and as far as I know there is no GPO that prevent to do it.

When I connect to this VM with View Client from Windows it is working.

Any help?

Thanks in advance.

I found the solution.

The screen setting must be configurerd on the Display Preference of the S900 ThinClient.

I managed to enable screen configuration with a View GPO but it is still impossible to extend the desktop to both screens.

Windows 7 mirror the display, I have two Non PnP Generic Display, but when I click to Identify it show "1" on both screen.

You need to configure the client settings to match what you want the virtual desktop to be. The client settings are sent to the virtual desktop. It sounds like your S900 is not setup to extend its desktop to the secondary display and is mirroring.
