Dual monitors not working

Hello,

I've got a couple View users that are running View client 5.2.1 on Windows 7 laptops and have a second monitor plugged into the laptop. When I try to detect the 2nd monitor from within View, it doesn't see it. Does anyone have any advice?

Just figured it out, I had my VM and the pool in question both set to be able to handle 2 monitors. Turns out all I had to do was choose Multimonitor when they launch the View client, on the same screen where they choose which pool they connect to. It was defaulting to Fullscreen:
