Does USB redirection work in Horizon 7, from an zero client to an RDS host?

Hello!

We've been using zero clients with USB redirection to dedicated VMs and has worked well.

I am trying out Horizon 7, with a Server 2012 RDS host, connecting from a Wyse P25 zero client running version 5.1 of the Teradici firmware.  The client connects fine, but neither the USB printer, nor the USB scanner show up.  Has anyone tried this?

USB Redirection should work with WS 2012 R2 RDSH desktops. Have you raised the issue with Dell? Another option is post the device information and PCoIP server logs at https://communities.teradici.com/

HKLM\Software\Policies\VMware, Inc.\VMware VDM\Agent\USB\ExcludeAllDevices defulted to true.  After I changed that to false, I was able to see my printer and scanner in the Device Manager.  However, I cannot use them.  The printer is created, but fails with event ID 372 each time I print.  When I select the scanner from my scanning software, it says it cannot communicate with the scanner.
