Disk Imaging Linked Clones

Anyone ever use some sort of disk imaging (Cloning) technology with vmware view linked clones.

I'm looking to migrate some vmware view linked clones from one vcenter to another but, in the new vcenter I am going to use full clones. I don't think that would take any more time than trying to image indivudal VMs and move them over.     If all you need from the clone is the profile you could utilizing View persona to move the profile over to a Full desktop created on a different vCenter.

yea problem is there is a lot of very custom settings on the C: drive that I dont want to have to deal with on the full clones.
