Disconnect and Log Off Missing?

Anyone know what would cause the "Disconnect and Log Off" option to go missing and leave only the "Disconnect" option when using PCOIP?

My pool is a manual pool of 5 Windows XP VMs.

I haven't seen this in awhile but at one point I created a template that had this same issue. It ended up being the order of the data in the userinit registry key. My app-v install had inserted itself before the wssm.exe and was throwing things off. Once I fixed this my disconnect and logoff options were back. Also during this time I noticed the VDI session was not being registered as being utilized from the connection broker. If you search the forums you will see some other people who had this issue with app-v installs.
