Disabling thinprint printer redirection from view client

Has anybody been able to figure out to prevent the view client from mapping in default printers from the endpoint? I have come across numerous vmware KB's that stat you need to set the defaultState key to 0 but that doesn't seem to work.

Cant you disable the thinprint auto service on the VM? Or just don't install the portion when installing the View agent?

Yes that should work but I found some KB's that would indicate you could just change a regkey on the endpoint and leave the virtual desktop intact. I still want thinprint inside the desktop to map in printers via the gpo just not to map printers local to the endpoint.
