I've been using the OSOT plug in for MDT for some time with great success, but for some reason, I occasionally get a finished VM image that on first boot after deployment, pops up a message stating a Dirty Environment Found. The MDT reports the deployment succeeded 100%, but the image thinks the environment hasn't completed deployment. I have 3 master images I deploy monthly to ensure they are kept up to date with preinstalled apps and patches. Today 2 of the 3 failed with the dirty environment message. In the past I would just re-run the tool and it would work, but both those same images failed again. Just curious if anyone has run into this before and how I could begin troubleshooting it?
Again, MDT reports the deployment is 100% complete but apparently something in the image thinks it failed. If I say no to the pop up, it will rerun all the steps again then eventually say it can't be recovered.
Looking for any suggestions to help determine why this is happening.
