Working with VMware View 6.2. I am trying to get Blast working via NAT. Through the GPO, I changed the Blast Port to run on port 10013. I also set the externalBlastPort in the registry for 10013. I have my NAT router doing the following translations:
10010 (TCP) -> 443
10011 (TCP/UDP) -> 3389
10012 (TCP/UDP) -> 4172
10013 (TCP/UDP) -> 10013
Internally, Blast works fine. When I try to connect outside via NAT, the Blast portal loads, just fine and when I open the desktop it is blank, not black, but blank -- see attachment (blast.png). Outside the NAT, the thick client works just fine.
What appears to be the issue is if the View Agent is set to listen to a port other than 443. As soon as the View Agent is put on a non-standard SSL port, Blast breaks in glorious fashion. The thick client works just fine.
