Different devices connecting to same session

We have some HP thin clients that we want to roll out to a group. Basically, there is one generic AD user and pwd that is used for the pool (it basically functions similar to a kiosk).

I have set the pool to allow multiple connections from different devices. Connecting with the View client on Windows and the thin client (or from multiple standalone desktops), no problem, multiple sessions are created as expected.

But, when using two of the HP thin clients, the second one boots the first one out. Somehow it thinks it's the same device and assigns an existing session instead of an available one.

This did not occur with our previous Dell WYSE units, so I'm thinking it has to be some kind of config on the hPs. I'm wondering what View looks at to determine that the device is different.

Any ideas appreciated!

Is the issue reproducible using fat clients? if the issue is specific with HP clients, ensure the driver and frimware for the clients are updated
