Hello community friends,
I'm having a trouble using Horizon View Administrator, some desktops are showing status as available but user is already connected and using the desktop(check through the vsphere console).
I did not found any vmware kb about this isue.The environmnet is using the latest version of Horizon View Connection Server(6.1.1) and View Agent.
Does anyone is experienced this issue ?

They are using them using the horizon view client?
Did you check the pcoip_server.log for the event "allocated session to user"?
Hello beutlern, they are using lg zero clients with teradici firmware update to 4.8.0. Did not check pcoip_server.log.
So i would check the following logfiles on the VDI c:\programdata\vmware\vdm\pcoip_server_<date>.log and debug_<date>.log in the same folder.
You normally would see the whole login and authentication process as well as the VDI submitting a log entry to the connection broker that marks the VDI as Connected.
Most likely you will see why it fails in these logs mentioned above.
