Really need alot more information but.....

You need to open up the vmware view console click on the "machines" tab.. search for your effected vm and look at the status on the RHS.

available/disconnected/already used/maintenance mode/customizing etc...

If its in an available state - and still the user cannot connect to the vm. then open up the console on that vm in Vcenter login as admin and see whats going on.

you may simply need to reinstall VMware tools and the Agent in the image and re deploy.. -  if this is on going.

Hi,

This issue may occur when:

  • There are currently no unassigned virtual machines in the pool
  • The desktops are not registered
  • Check whether your Virtual machines are in domain or not. There might be a chance wherein if any machine is not in domain create such issues.
  • Lastly try to re-install View Agent from the virtual desktop.
Thanks n Regards
