Desktop become Agent Unreachable

Hello Everyone

I encountered a situation, after the virtual desktop was connected,

when it was idle for a period of about 1-2 days, there will be an "Agent Unreachable" and a black screen on the console,

then I can't restart the VM with "Restart Guest OS" , I just can reset guest vm.

Does anyone have similar experience? Thank you

Sounds to me like your VM is going to sleep or hibernate. Ensure the power settings are set to never sleep.

Hi domdsouza,

I had set the power never  sleep,

but it seems not sleep, because

when I want to login from web console,

I can’t get it back, It look like crash,

I have to reset it to be normal.
