Desktop Rollout-Windows Profile issues

We are currently rolling out view desktops to a school, starting with the library lab.  One issue we are running into, as students log in it takes 3-5 minutes to create the windows profile.  This is not really an issue the first time, but they are never guaranteed to get the same desktop, so each time they log in it creates a new profile.  I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue, or found a work around.  We do not using roaming profiles and is not really an option either.

I don't think it's an issue but more of a product of design.   You don't want to use roaming profiles but you want fast logins in a floating pool?   Either your going to have to make use of some type of profile solution, http://www.vmware.com/files/pdf/view/VMware-View-Persona-Management-Deployment-Guide.pdf, or try to utilize some type of dedicated pool type.
