Deploying XP Workstations and Remote Desktop Users Group

We built a template of Windows XP and added a "Lab Users" group to the Remote Desktop Users and/or the Local Administrators Group.

Sometimes VDM deploys the template joins the domain and groups are there, sometimes not so much. Any thoughts? Any ideas on how to massively add a group to the Local Administrators after the VM's are deployed?

Other than using a batch file with some net group statements for every machine I am drawing a blank.

Create a VDI Users group or similar and make it a member of Local Admins or Remote Desktop Users, then just add your users to the VDI Users group. Alternatively some VDI Brokers such as Provision VAS allow you to elevate the users privilege automatically when they connect through the broker.
