Deleting Instant Clone Pool that is Stuck in Deleting State

Was having some issues with this test pool i created.  First it wouldn't push out a new image so rather than keep trying to fix that i just tried deleting the pool and start over again.  Well, that didn't work either.  Removed all the desktops but one so i shut down that VM from the VI Client and deleted that manually.  Now the pool has no Desktops but still stuck in Deleting state.  The cp-parent is gone as well as the cp-replica and cp-template  Any questions or comments are welcome.  Thanks

Thank you, Perry

A few days ago, I had to cleanup a customer Horizon View environment, where vCenter Server had to be reinstalled. What did the job for me was the ViewDbChk tool, which is included in Horizon View 6.1 and later. See https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2118050

This worked for me.

Instead of creating the query, I just did a right-click delete on the pool name in the Desktop application and Server OU in ADSI Edit.

That removed the stuck deleting pool.

This is also how I could delete the Desktop Pool from View Administration. Connection Server > ADSI Edit > OU=Applications > Delete the stuck Desktop Pool object
