I know that there were some posts around this topic. But there were no real solutions for this or similar problems.
We are currently building our next generation of desktops. Those should offer the possibility to print at home (i.e. Virtual Printing) and we want to map the office printers using LBP.
Most connections are from thin clients, but some from notebook users (with printers, e.g. pdf printer, installed), connection is mainly with PCOIP
Now when logging in LBP sets the printers and default printer as well. Seconds later one of the locally installed (pdf-)printers is marked as default printer.
Fine when at home, but at the office the notebook users always have the wrong default printer.
Disabling virtual printing is not an option.
Is there anything that can be done to get the correct default printer?
