Majority of our Horizon View pools are linked clones. We have both dedicated and floating. With a number of our dedicated pools, we have needs for our users to install their own apps. Is it advisable for us to allow them to install their own apps without using Writeable Volumes, instead using the deltas that are created for the VMs in dedicated pools? IF it is advisable or not advisable, can you point to VMware documentation stating so? Thanks very much.
