Datastore Location

I'm trying to move my pools out of one datastore and recompose.  Do I need to delete and re-install or can i just edit settings?  I tried to edit teh pool and now have a different datastore for the replica and clone but it's still using the original datastore.  When i look at resource setting it only shows me 2 datastores but when i look at the desktop page it shows 3.  Hoe can i get that pool out of the original datastore without deleting it?  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks

Delete and re-install the View pool?   That shouldn't really be neassary at all.  I think you will be ok with editing the pool settings, selecting the new datastore and uncheck the old one, and then run a rebalance on the pool.   At that point the desktops should be recomposed and placed on the new datastore.

Thanks!  I didn't think i needed to redo teh pool but forgot about the rebalance.  Strange thisng though.  After i rebalanced it still shows 3 datastores.  This time the 3rd datastore is one completely different from the one that i was trying to remove it from.  The attachments show what i mean.  Capture 1 shows what datastores are being used (after the rebalance) and capture2 shows teh resource settings i setup.  Any thoughts why this might occur??

Is the swap datastore specified at the vSphere host level?   That was the first thing that came to mind.  I'll continue to think about it in case that is not it.
