Data recovery

Hello guys,

I have the issue with data recovery of forwarded Desktop. F.e. yesterday I restarted all VM in a floating pool and today many users asked me why they can see data that are 6 months old and their desktop includes different files than on Friday. And the VSS recovery from friday shows me different data than today. Do you have any similiar behaviour as me? Will appreciate every help!

We have 7.5.1 build-9122465 & agent 7.2.0 based on 2016 server OS.

I think this comes down to how you are managing profiles. Ideally you should be using profile redirection, persona management, Horizon UEM, Liquidware ProfileUnity, etc... Then you can do backup/recovery based on where the data is stored.
