Data Stores Not showing Up

When i try to creae a new pool of desktops adn get to the storage part it only shows one Datastore out of the 11 that I have. And the one it shows doesn't have enough space on it. I rescanned the HBA's and still they don't show up. They show in vcenter but not it view manager. Any help is appreciated.

Hi Perry

1. Are you trying to provision SVI VMs or full clones VMs?

2. In case of Full clone VMs, Do you have a snapshot taken of the template, and if there , are you seeing the Datastore associated with that snapshot?

Make sure all of your hosts can see the datastores. Otherwise, they

won't showup as a choice when creating a pool.

Hope this helps..

Ahakoo,

You hit the nail right on the head. There was a snapshot. I converted the VM to a template. During that process it didn't wanr me of that but when i converted it back it did. Thanks for the helping hand!!
