What license do you have, I don't have the reference in front of me, but DEM standard has reduced functionality which I think may be restricted to those fields. If you DEM before horizon 8, then you should have enterprise.

seems to match what your seeing, if thats not the license you should have you should open a ticket with support or contact who you got the license from
