Customizing issue

Hello,

I am trying to troubleshoot some customization errors. I am having on a pool by running the following command on my connection server to collect the logs:

vdmadmin -A -getDCT -outfile mylogs.zip -d mypoolname -m mydesktopname

When I run this, after about 10 seconds I receive the following error:  "Failed to obtain authentication ticket for agent access (Could not obtain authentication information for agent)"

Have you got an idea on what is wrong ?

Did you use domain Administrator user when executing that command?

Yes using an Admin domain and also CMD was in Administrtor mode.

Just thinking out loud here.

If your VMs have not finished customization phase, they might not have obtained unique identification values (computer names, IDs, IPs, etc) and therefore the CS might not be able to communicate with the agents.

Can you check from the local consoles, or at least summary tabs of the pool VMs in C#/Web client whether they actually have joined the domain, changed the computernames etc.?
