Customizing Windows XP SP3 default_user profile

Hello anyone,

I'm optimizing a  Windows XP SP3 VM to deploy with Vmware View 5.0 using an automated pool with linkedclone option enabled.

I would like to set de default user profile for all new users. How i can do it?
