Customization operation timed out

I have a issue when I am creating a pool non-persistent, the vm's are created but generates error during customization and show of message attached!

Any idea?

Hi there,

some points to check:

DNS ok?

Firewall ok? (On client and Agant) disable it for testing

DHCP address released before creating the template of linked clone? ipconfig /release

Take a look into the VM in vCenter... is the network interface connected?

Does the VM have an IP address?

The other thing to add is, given that it's complaining about datastore, to check how much disk space is left (is there enough)?

are ok!

The vm's are created, they receive a new IP Address, but not
perform the customization!

we are the problem, the view agent was different version to view server connection!

I have another item to add. The VM in VC looks to have the correct name, AND the correct name gets added to active directory but when I log in to the VM XP still has the base image name.
