I have a few users who are not able to click and drag more than a few lines in a word document to highlight so they can copy and past. They want to copy several pages. I have tried it via my view client with no problems.
We are running View 3.0, one to one client mapping, the only thing different on the desktops that are having an issue is that they are on an older CAT3 network 10mbps/half duplex.
But here is the real interesting thing. If I have them go into their View Desktop via straight RDP the problem does not exist. It is only when they are using the actual view client that they have the highlighting issue.
