Could not establish tunnel Connection - VMWare Horizon Client

I have a fresh Installation of Horizon View 7.3. I have linked SQL Server to connection server, Created Security server and linked it. Followed all the instructions while installing and configuring each.

Now, While I am trying to connect it through VMware Horizon Client, The following error occurred.

The first question is do you have any firewall(s) between the Connection servers and clients and even the VDI pools.

How many connection servers and what do their configuration screens look like?

Also is this all internal. I don't see any mention of UAG so I'm guessing yes.

I have Disabled all the Windows Firewalls on each machine. But yes, there is a firewall controlling our Network. Shall I Bypass the Connection server from that Firewall?

I have

one Connection Server

one View Composer Server

one Security Server

&

one SQL Server

and Above all

one Vcenter Server.

This is all on a single Host Server.

Thanks alot.

You can give it a try, yes.

What version of Horizon are you using? 7.8 or 7.9?

Here is the URL for 7.8 firewall ports between the server and client/agents

TCP and UDP Ports Used by Clients and Agents

Also a great Techzone article about Networking and Firewall ports too

As you can see, My connection server and all other servers are green. So, There are no Certificate errors as well. Still, the issue is with tunnel connection establishment.

Thanks alot.

Hi guy

Do you have any error on the target VM?

I have seen that do you have a error on the VM  on Horizon View Connect server Dashboard.

Which version of horizon agent do you use on target VM?

Do you have any error on target VM?

Do you use PCOIP or BLAST protocol?

Can you try the network communication on the tcpip ports (for the ports number see the link showed da vJoeG)  with the telnet commad for the correct communicaton with Horizon Agent and Client
