Team,
We are using VMware client view softwarre for logging into the system. Where we could not able to open & use Cisco IP communicator software as we are trying to run it in VMware.
Cisco IP Communicator Software is s soft phone which can be opened only if we use Head set and mike plugged in to the system. As we are running in Vm ware not sure if this is the problem.
Let us know if is there any way to fix this.
