I am posting to see if any others have found a reliable way to control screen resolution in their Windows VMs via the MacOS client? All of our clients are MacOS/Linux and unfortunately I have been told by support the only way to control these settings would be via Windows group policy, which obviously does not help me.
We use jamf to MDM all of our Apple devices.
Previously all of our users were running 2 1080 monitors and now most are running a 4k ultrawide along with the built in retina display. I believe the jump in screen resolution on our VMs is creating a negative impact on our host CPU usage. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
