Connection to the remote computer ends abruptly

I am setting up Horizon View 5.3. Some of my users will connect with the Windows client from Window 7 Pro desktop.  The get authenticated, they connect and the screen is black  them after a few seconds they get a message that the Connection to the Remote Computer Ended. I double checked my ports.  Has anyone experienced that?  Any suggestions.

Is your pool configured with PcOIP? Try using RDP and let us know the results. Check this KB it may help you - VMware KB: Black screen when logging into a VMware View virtual desktop using PCoIP
