Connection issue

Hello everyone,

Every day many users put their credentials to enter the VDI but after 10 seconds they return to the login screen... after several attempts they still manage to log in.

The error in Horizon Administrator Events is "Unable to launch from Pool pool-xxxx for user xxxx: Machine vm-xxx is not ready to accept connections"

While in the Windows Events Viewer of the Connection Broker it is "BROKER_MACHINE_NOT_READY Unable to launch from Pool pool-xxxx for user xxxxx: Machine 89c080e2-19ec-4758-965f-041706ba344c is not ready to accept connections Attributes: MachineId=89c080e2-19ec-4758- 965f-041706ba344c SessionType=DESKTOP PoolId=pool-xxxxx Node=xxxxxx AgentErrorCode=AGENT_ERR_REQUEST_OVERLAP"

Can you help me

My environment configuration is:

2 Connection Broker 2306

1 HAProxy 1.8.8

2 UAG 2306

1 App Volumes 2306

1 DEM 2306

NVidia Grid M10

VMware vSphere 8

Check your minimums on the pool. Are you sure that you have enough machines provisioned upfront to satisfy the demand especially in the morning when users start to log on. With NVidia those VMs take much longer to get provisioned.

Hi, when it gives an error there are at least 10 vm available
