Connection TimeOut

Hi,

I have problem with connecting ot the view desktops via RDP on slow lines.. Most of users are scared by error message "The Connection to the remote computer failed" When they try it again everything is fine.

Is there any option how to extend connection timeout? I found only in GPO settings - Computer Configuration – Policies – Admin Templates – Classic Admin Templates – VMware View Agent Config – Agent Configuration – ConnectionTickteTimeout, but enabling and settings time did not help.

any ideas/help?
