hello ,

when the user Connecting to a VDI desktop with PCoIP displays a blue welcome screen i meant (windows blue screen) and disconnects after 10 seconds.

what is the reason and how i can solve this issue?

This can be caused by a number of things... Last time I experienced it though, it was because of BSOD on login. Seems I had let the desktop image and the image for my appstack get a little too far apart in patch versions...

try the below

-check the console of the vDesktop from vSphere when the user login from Horizon to see if the desktop will get BSOD or even if it restart

-try to login to the Gold Image using from vSphere by normal AD account or User account  and from there you can start diagnostic
