Re: Computer crashes using VMware horizon

Hi all,

My Macbook Pro (version 14.1) keeps crashing while using VMware horizon client (newest version). I have reinstalled the software several times, but this does not fix the problem. Does anyone know why this happens and how I can fix this?

Just from the error message shows ' TTBR invalid exception on read ', which may be a kernel code issue or a hardware malfunction. Does this issue only happened with Horizon Client ? Have you ever tried other applicaiton? This will hep to locate this issue. Thanks.

Thank you for your answer. It is only when using Horizon Client in combination with my computer being linked to a second screen via HDMI.

Is that extra monitor powered by usb through your mac?

That extra monitor is connected with my macbook through a USB-C hub and a HDMI cable, but it is not powered by the Macbook. The screen is plugged into a power outlet on the wall.
