Composer Error while trying to create a linked clone pool

Hi ,

Need some help as I’m trying to create a linked clone pool and getting this error ,

In the past I was able to create linked clone pools in this Cluster

It is important to emphasize that both clusters contains the same version of ESXi hosts ( 5.5u2) but only one of them is grayed out.

‌I have seen this when one host is disconnexted from vcenter (powered off), but still in the cluster
